The market opens each spring with fresh strawberries that are available as pre-picked or as a family adventure with pick your own. Bring your own baskets or use one of ours and create some unforgettable family memories. Pick your own hours begin each day at opening and end a half hour before closing. Call ahead to insure adequate picking-we get very busy.
Come back during the summer for fresh local vegetables grown at Karefree Farms and delicious local peaches. Grab a pie, cookies, cobbler or some ice cream for your family cook outs and don't forget to get one of Karen's famous Tomato Pies.
During the fall stop in for local and mountain apples and some of the best apple butter around. Of course you will find pumpkins, gourds, and everything needed for that perfect fall arrangement.
For the holidays we offer fruit baskets of all sizes, gift baskets of jams, a wide variety of casseroles, pies, and other goodies for family gatherings. Check out the In The Market Tab for a sampling of what we have to offer.
